rps Posted May 5, 2010 Posted May 5, 2010 Do a search on last June's reports. Also read up on Babler's, Prey's, House's, and Captain Joe's post spawn reports and articles from last year. This forum has huge amounts of knowledge waiting to be used. As a starter - plan on fishing top waters (but not necessarily shallow) from before daylight to sun on water. After that you will probably face drop shot conditions. If you are lucky, you may catch the tail end of the scrub a grub bite. If you will be here several days, book a half day with one of the outstanding guides that support this forum. Your son and you will learn exactly what you need to know for the trip. Hope that helps.

Get yourself a couple dozen night crawlers and some 1/4 oz.jig heads and get off the points in about 20 to 30 feet of water and slowly move around with your trolling motor until you find some Kentucky Bass
