Hotdawg Guide Service Posted May 24, 2010 Posted May 24, 2010 The keeper walleye are starting to bite on the lower lake with live nightcrawlers working in 22-26 feet of water especially around the brushpiles.8 pound line and my special rig trolled at about .95 to 1.2 miles an hour if you think it is a bluegill bite set the hook and have your drag set real light! These were all caught this last week GOD Bless and good luck!! Hotdawg Guide Service Posted May 24, 2010 Author Posted May 24, 2010 I'll bite, what's the special rig? It is a modified carolina rig using a 1/4 ounce egg sinker a barrel swivel and 6 pound gold vanish drop about four feet long with a #1 aberdeen hook and the biggest nightcrawler you can find!! Predator1 Posted May 24, 2010 Posted May 24, 2010 Very nice. My brother-n-law is coming in from Colorado today. We will fish Stockton, Fellows, Table ROck and the plan was just to fish Upper Bull Shoals. Looks like all the action is on Lower Bull Shoals. How much is a Fishing License for out of state in Arkansas or do we have to have a Arkansas license? I have never fished either of the BULL SHOAL LAKES. My brother-n-law said he knows how to fish for Walleye. I do not, so this will be all new to me. Any tips on how to rig for Walleye would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Charles

Hotdawg! That rig works! My father and I booked with Tim last week and he put us on the walleye, and told us other spots to go and they were right on the money. He helped us with were and how to catch the smallies, again right on the money. Would recommend using HotDawg Guide Service to any one! Scott
