Hopper Posted June 8, 2010 Posted June 8, 2010 Fished both Sat. and Sun. fishing was fantastic, fished mostly midges under indicator fly, #20 red thread midge caught the most fish, and of course soft hackles killed them. Caught two browns one about 14". Gregg The gods do not deduct from man's allotted span the hours spent in fishing.
On The Fly 6 Posted June 8, 2010 Posted June 8, 2010 I fished sunday. As stated, fishing was fantastic! I caught a few fish off a bobwhite but most of them came on an orange worm. I fished the kiddie pool for about an hour with no indicator and let the current do the work. I had a take every time! I quit counting after 15 or so. It was nice being able to get back to the river after all the heavy flow that's been going on!
