Stump bumper Posted July 27, 2010 Posted July 27, 2010 dynamite!!!!!!!!! A frayed rope behind a large top water lure turns those gar into fun.
rangerman Posted July 28, 2010 Posted July 28, 2010 They are a real pain in the arse when trolling $8.00 crankbaits. They tend to chew them up a bit. Bastages!!!
Members Fredrick Posted January 5, 2011 Members Posted January 5, 2011 Yea well if it were a game fish it would be different gar are bad arse in my book . jagermeister anyone?
Martin Posted January 5, 2011 Posted January 5, 2011 I'm with SamKam1..... A great time to break out the C4 or just plain dynamite ! lol And Rangerman hit the nail on the head. The really big gar, and there are plenty of those, will crush a Reef Runner enough to make it leak. What a bummer... Especially if it was my last Mooneye Minnow.
