Water is where it should be for this time of year and even after the heavy rains the water is relatively clear with a green tint to it. Most fish were under a pound but nice fighters. Structure areas collected a lot of weeds when the water fell but heavy moss wasn't a problem. Had to tie on about every color you could think of and when going to a spinning reel had fair success on fast moving lures like rooster tails. About the time the heat moved in everybody went for the shade or home. Bait fishermen weren't doing that great but still a few. Had my best luck on brown nymphs in the pools when the sun really started beating down. Smile guys, after reading some previous reports you would think the Park is a level of Dante's Inferno. It's as much fun as you want to make it.
