Water is as clear as I've seen it in the past several years but a little low. Fishing the holes and the cuts is your best bet. Fish are average size but very wary to bite. Lots of short strikes. Had greater success in the upper part of the Park as opppsed to down by the bridge area. Fast lures with spinners were productive as well as the green jig. Fish ddin't seem to interested later in the day when I was using the fly rod. A few srikes on nymphs and wooly worms. Park has just had the vegitation cut and really looks great. Good luck.
