Found this article on the MDC webite saying that the bridge at Williams Ford will be removed and replaced to make it easier for passage of both people and the Niangua Darter.

I went down last weekend to see for myself and they have definitly started the project.

Is that concrete whistle the new bridge, or is it temporary?

Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.

As far as I know (which is very little) it is temporary, the new bridge will be big enough to allow passage of the stream without flooding out the road.

Went by Williams Ford back on 10/2, looks like a new footing has been installed
