Motored up the Buffalo from the White River to Elephant Head (note pic 3) and floated back down.

I like you pic of the Elephant Head. A fishing buddy and I floated from Rush down to the White River earlier this summer. That was my first and only time to do it, and it was awesome. Can't wait to do it again. Its amazing how much wildlife you can see on that stretch of the river, and we caught a lot of fish too. The river is so wide in your photos. How was the fishing? There are some big bass in there.

The fishing was ok. We caught a couple of 18" smallies along with several in the 14-16" range. Of course there were a lot of smaller ones too that put up a nice fight in the higher waters. You can check out gotmuddy's post of the float here.
