Went fishing sunday on Shoal with Chief, Dylan, Mike (Wounded One), Ed (his dad), and Ian (Mike's son). The creek was a runnin'! Had a good time just trying to navigate it. Fishing was slow. Pounded the water with lots of stuff and not many takers. Great day on the water with lots of swim holes for all of us.

Anyways... Chief took me on a wade fishing adventure on monday. We did a little bridge hopping and had an absolute blast! Lots of Neosho brownies in a very short time. We actually caught some in the 13 to 14 inch range. Clear blue skies... light wind... a beautiful creek with a good bud. Dylan had to go to school and we missed him big time! What a day!

It was a great time Sunday. Even though the fish did not cooperate. But Monday, the fish were on fire compared to Sunday. We only fished for about 2 hrs and we caught and caught about 20 apiece. I wish we would have had all day.

Sounds like a blast. I wish I could have been there.

If fishing was easy it would be called catching.

Uh... do priorities ring a bell? It's not like you're a bar hound. Missed fishing with ya this summer Buzz.
