Thunderin Gobbler Posted January 6, 2011 Author Posted January 6, 2011 very few, maybe 5 boats so far. You know of anyone else?
Guest csfishinfool Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 very few, maybe 5 boats so far. You know of anyone else? Whats the date? The entry fee? The payback percentage?
Thunderin Gobbler Posted January 6, 2011 Author Posted January 6, 2011 The date is March 26th. Out of the old state park. Entry is $100 per boat, with an optional $10 big bass. The payback is 60% for the top 3 places, and 100% to big bass. I understand the percentage is a little lower than some tournaments, but the main reason for the tournament is to raise money for our youth events.

I'd really like to fish this i'm waiting on word on a couple of friends w/bigger boats to decide if this is something they want to do...if for some reason they fall thru i would be intersted in being a non-boater if u know a boater needs a partner.

I will check around and see if there are any boaters needing partners. I got a feeling that, on a lake like Stockton, the size of the boat isn't going to matter one bit. The biggest catch may end up being less than a mile from the ramp. Hope to see ya up there either way though.
BolivarBasser Posted February 10, 2011 Posted February 10, 2011 My boat doesn't have a working livewell, but if you hear of someone needing a non-boater partner, I'm in as well.
Members Shad Attack Posted February 11, 2011 Members Posted February 11, 2011 i would be interested in a non-boater status as well I'd Rather Be Fishing...
