I am looking into taking the wife to Eureka Springs for her birthday. Does anyone have a recomendation for a nice place to stay Saturday January 22nd? I know a lot of places have a two night weekend stay minimum but our schedules will only allow for one night so our choices may be limited. I am looking to stay away from the chain hotels, also if anyone knows somewhere that offers of season rates would be awesome.
