If you have a boat like mine you can still pick up a few slabs in this weather. My boat is v bottom aluminum. Old and I don't have to worry about scratching it up. The ice isn't to bad I can pretty much bust right on through going easy.Fish are deep ,you have to hunt them . You can pick up a few nice slabs along the bluff faces and deep cover at 16'- 18' minnows and jigs . color contrasts on the jigs need to be extreme like black head orange body , blue over pink tail. Something similar to that. It seemed to change with location. But high contrast jigs hand tied or plastic did about the same as minnows.
