I could not believe Taney was just not wall to wall people at the dam late this afternoon. I got there as they just turned off the two gennies. I had rebar to myself except for a gent and maybe his young daughter. He was teaching her to dance and they were catching plenty. I don't fish my 3wt much, but decided to take it along and I had forgotten how much fun it can be. I ended up using the primose and pearl and landed some real nice fish between the TU stairs and rebar. It seems to me that the fish are larger and livelier than mid week when I was fishing in the same area. It has been awhile since I caught a brown so this little guy was a welcome surprise. He even tail danced a bit to show me just what he had.

Ended the day fishing an olive mohair leech that some nice fish just slammed on the retrieve.....Dano
