Brian Sloss Posted February 12, 2011 Posted February 12, 2011 Got out for about an hour and a half today with the goal of practicing Czech nymphing for baby trout. I hit a couple of shoals and caught 10 to 12 baby trout and one 14-15 inch wild trout. I am kind of new to this Czech nymphing technique, but man is it effective for those small trout in shallower, faster water. Don't think that this is going to be my preferred fishing method, but I can't argue with results in certain circumstances. Good fun and I am pretty pumped with the young of the year class we have right now. www.elevenpointflyfishing.com www.elevenpointcottages.com (417)270-2497
