Members Shad Attack Posted March 1, 2011 Members Posted March 1, 2011 hey all, i was planning on hitting up the aldrich bridge access on thursday morning as i do not have class till 12:30. Has any body been out that way lately? would it even be worth going or would highpoint be better? i was out there on wednesday last week and the water was really dirty. I'd Rather Be Fishing...
Huckfinn Posted March 1, 2011 Posted March 1, 2011 I know 2 different guys hiting catfish down at aldrich bridge, I went to highpoint on the bank and caught a few crappie and missed a walleye at the bank, so I would try both there close to each other. Huck

Huck I ran from Mutton creek today up past CC bridge where the water temps are 52 degree and found that area along with the whole twin bridges area is getting worse fishing wise than it was when the water temps was in the low 40's. I'm sorta confused but it's this dang transition I guess. Today caught a nice fat pig on a jig and had a fat pig on a spinner bait and that's really it that kept. Had fish on cranks, rogue in the clearer water, spinner bait and jigs. I hope you have a better time tomorrow sir and be careful
