Members Bassman212 Posted April 12, 2011 Members Posted April 12, 2011 Absolutely. I have caught more fish on Texas rigged worms with 1/8 ounce sinkers than most of my other lures. Its a serious test in patience at times, but I generally catch larger fish when I'm using this setup. Biggest fish came on a 10in paddle tail worm. But the 6-7in variety has put more fish in the boat for me. Good Luck! Lookie there...I've got a bite...
Members thefrog22 Posted April 13, 2011 Members Posted April 13, 2011 Have had great success fishing bedded fish in the james area on weightless 6" tex worms. Red, black, or motoroil. Otherwise not so much on TR. Truman/LOZ u betcha. The Warsaw river area between the 2 lakes is one of my favs for 11" worms
