Today my wife and I took out one of the bass boats from Lilleys' Landing and fished for about 2.5 hours. She was using a spinning rod with 6lb mono with about 5 feet of 5x(5lb) flourocarbon tippit. This worked great she caught about 6 or 7 real quick but wanted to swith to a fly rod. On the spinning rod we had a 1/100oz ginger marabou jig under a float with a split shot to help with casting. I was using a fly rod also with 5x(5lb) flourocarbon tippit. I was fishing a 1/100oz yellow egg under a stick on indicator just off or right on the bottom. All together we caught about 20 fish with the biggest one about 17 inches. One big hindrance was the wind, if we didn't have a trolling motor there would have been no fishing.
