Weekend Of 5/13: Huzzah Or Coutois?

Itching to do my first float of the year after a crazy Spring so far. I would prefer to do the Meramec, which is my favorite, but if the water is still high, we may have to choose between the Huzzah & Courtois. Which do you recommend and which outfitter to use (we will be renting a canoe). I usually like to float ~10 miles, give or take, and will be fishing for smallmouth. Thanks!

I consider them to be pretty equal as far as fishing is concerned. I've fished the Huzzah more than the Courtois, so I've caught more big fish out of it, but you can find good fishing on both. But on a weekend, especially if the weather is decent, you're going to be fighting hordes of doofuses.
