Skeeter ZX190 Posted May 13, 2011 Posted May 13, 2011 Fished around Long Shoal from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. when a storm chased me off the lake. Found crappie in the flooded bushes. Brought home 14 that went between 9 1/2 to 11 iches long. Mostly males. The 2 or 3 females looked like they had already spawned because there weren't much for eggs in them. Caught them all on jigs. Main color was purple & chartruese. Water temp was 73 degrees.
