Harmony Mission (Father's Day)

Made the maiden voyage with the trolling motor in the fish hunter down at harmony mission today. Launched at 0600. More wind than advertised, but not really a problem. Action slow but steady on crankbaits, topwater fished close to shore. Missed a couple of huge fish who inhaled my topwater plug, but as they say it's never a good idea to pull the plug too soon. Real nice whirlpools helped to propel my plug out of their mouths. Best fish (pictured) hit as I was reeling in a large popper full speed not looking of course. As you can see it's missing a chunk of tail and looks to be pretty beat up post spawn. Pulled out and headed home around 10 or so.

Anybody have any striper tips? Are there any left?
