well the crappie bite is the bite to talk about first. they are suspended in 30 foot of water, and hitting a 300 series bandit trolled about 14 foot down. color doesn't seem to matter much, been throwing the mad cow a lot, so that seems to be working. had 3 over 13" and several over 12" monday morning. lots of fun for the people catching them, and Jenny caught the biggest fish (see the attached pic)

Didn't find the crappie until a little late in the day, which cut into the catch, but we ended up with 17 nice slabs.

walleye are either on points or mud flats. try fishing in the shadows with 1/4 oz jig head and a half a crawler. fish 15 to 25 foot deep and several don't bite, just weight. so don't be shy!!

Bass fishing has been awesome if you know what you are doing. they are deep, aobut 20 foot, hitting big big worms, and catching some lunker fish. sometime more than 1 in a day, sometimes not. I had a guy out last week and he ended up in the top 10 of the tournament saturday..Big fish were not there for him come game day.

Catfish are about done spawning and will be on flats. use fresh shad and drift fish for them on flats and points.

Hope this helps you catch fish.

we had another drowning on the lake saturday, so please be careful, keep them lifejackets ready, and leave the drinks at home if you are the one driving the boat, or just want to stay safe.
