Members Jack Hollister Posted August 12, 2011 Members Posted August 12, 2011 Boy, sure is tuff to pass this up. I wish I was in the market for a new rod. I believe the rod alone goes for somewhere around 170 to 200. Your letting go of alot for 100. I cant beleive no one has jumped at this. Good luck selling it!!!
Zack Hoyt Posted August 12, 2011 Author Posted August 12, 2011 Thanks Jack. I am pretty sure the outfit was $300 when I bought it an had the cheaper Rio line. Zack Hoyt OAF Contributor Flies, Lies, and Other Diversions
Members chundler Posted August 13, 2011 Members Posted August 13, 2011 Would this be a good setup for a beginner?
Zack Hoyt Posted August 13, 2011 Author Posted August 13, 2011 Would this be a good setup for a beginner? C I used these as guide rods. They are very versatile and very forgiving. The Rio line is a good fit and will turn over small dries and decent weighted woolies. Zack Hoyt OAF Contributor Flies, Lies, and Other Diversions
