This should be better picture quality and I think it verifies the fish is a walleye. Also caught some of the prettiest long eared sunfish. I think these are as beautiful as any tropical fish. on second thought, that walleye picture would be a whole lot more helpful if I had my hand out of the way. Maybe I can catch him a third time... Members Dirtworm Posted April 2, 2012 Author Members Posted April 2, 2012 Went back to my favorite little stretch yesterday. Caught 5 species on one Olive Woolly Bugger, size 8 I believe. This time I nabbed both Horny Head Chub and Creek Chub, I think the creek chub get a little bigger. I didn't see any Horny Head here before, I wonder if they migrate around and are here to spawn? Also saw the tiniest red eared slider I've come across. I can't imagine he hatched already this year, but he couldn't have been old enough to have hatched last season. Very odd. Geoff Posted April 2, 2012 Posted April 2, 2012 I was reallly tempted to go try that creek out this weekend. I stayed at my local stomping grounds and caught a bunch of carp instead. I need to get out there soon though "When you do things right, people wont be sure you've done anything at all."
