Mike Worley Posted October 9, 2011 Author Posted October 9, 2011 eyecrazy, you might want to reproof read your post since today is October 9. I fished this past week several days out of Diamond City and found the early morning spoon bite to be pretty good with walleyes biting around the outside of brush piles and on the end of points in about 32'-40'. The bottom bouncers produced lots of large bluegills, catfish & bass but we didn't catch walleyes on them. I will be fishing the Oakland area this coming week and will be trying some leadcore trolling as well as the spoons.
