Water temps were 58.6 degrees Sunday afternoon.... and I am pretty sure the wind was howling at 58 mph as well. White capping like it was going out of style with 30 mph gusts in the area. Just a few boats tackled the wind from what I could tell.

Fished brushpiles with minnows for as long as I could stand it in the afternoon. Caught 5 crappie over 10". Threw a spinnerbait in shallow cover on the way back to the ramp and caught a 13" largemouth.

Tough day for fishing. Cold front moved through overnight last night... ought to be fun to see what happens on Saturday with the afternoon temps reaching back up into the low 60's.

I'll be there. Happy fishing!
