Fishers Of Men Bass Club Awards Banquet

The Fishers of Men Bass Club annual awards banquet is to be held at Golden Corral on S. Glenstone, Tuesday, January 10th, 2012 beginning at 6 PM. The top five anglers from 2011 will be recognized and there will be a guest speaker who has made numerous Bassmasters Classic appearances. The public is welcome to attend!

The Fishers of Men Bass Club is a non-denominational, Christian Bass Fishing Club which began in 1985. Monthly tournaments (held March-December) are a draw format with boaters and non-boaters getting paired together at each month’s meeting. Tournaments are “no-money” and are primarily for bragging rights. The Club also has two small fund-raiser tournaments each year with proceeds going to the Victory Mission. The club meets at 7 PM on the first Tuesday of each month at the Prairie View Heights Clubhouse located on S. Ridgecrest St. in Springfield.

Also, on Feb. 6th starting at 7 PM, Mike Webb will be doing his electronics seminar at our monthly club meeting!
