I bass fished for 3.5 hours from 9:30 to 1:00 or so at the 7mm on Saturday. I caught one bass, but it was nice one a little over 16" spooted bass that fat as hell had to be over 2.5 lbs. Caught on one of the Strike King Rick Clunn stickbaits that ere like the MegaBass baits. I will say the split rings are weak, which I heard before. Caught it in a cove close to the main lake in about 20' of water on the deep end of dock right out in front (bait was probably only 4' deep). Also crappie fished off our dock and caught 15 or so in 15-20 fow. Not a bad day, but not great, would have liked to bass maore in the afternoon, but 1 year old at the house makes that hard. Can't wait to get back.
