New to the River

Guys,

I am looking for advice. I have never floated or fished the Gasconade, but am planning on doing it next Thursday. I am open as to what part of the river to float, we are coming from St. Louis.

I need to find a rental place that will rent a boat and haul us up the river. I would prefer a john boat that we could mount a trolling motor on.

Suggestions please.

I wouldn't look any farther than this place. Have them put you in upriver and float to the campground.
