Problem With Password.

Here a few weeks ago I got back on the site after seeing the site had been updated. I was one of the ones having problems before with it wiping out my computer everytime I would log on. Everything works fine now, though, except I had forgotten my password, so I emailed for a new one. Upon receiving it I logged in and updated my password, but when I tried to log in a day or two later my password was not accepted. I went thru the whole process again and upon returning to the site again a day or two later, I was not able to log in again. I can't remember for sure, but I know I tried this at least two if not three times. Right now I am just having to use the last numbers(password) you sent me to log in temporarily for my password. Kind of a pain though since it is so many numbers/letters. If you could help me out I would sure appreciate it. Thanks.
