mosouthpaw Posted March 19, 2012 Posted March 19, 2012 Lake is sitting at 915. Weather service shows huge band of rain coming our way. Any guess on the lake level by Friday? Weather service shows beaver will get hit hardest with possibly 4 inches of rain and table rock with around two. I hope it's not like years past.
riverfish Posted March 19, 2012 Posted March 19, 2012 two inches isnt going to do a whole lot to the lake level unless it comes down in about an hour in which case it could come up some but i couldnt imagine getting over maybe 917 at most with just two inches i don't really want to see a flood but i would like it if the water got up in the brush especially when fishrman said he saw some beds already in the white river end above shell knob i just think its great for the hatch and better for the fishing (if you like flippin)
Wayne SW/MO Posted March 19, 2012 Posted March 19, 2012 If it doesn't come to fast some of it will soak in. The last I read they aren't predicting heavy rain over the area, but in spots so I guess it will depend on how numerous the spots are. Update, at 12:30 it's here and the storm looks like it could dump some heavy rain, at least on radar. This isn't the main storm so TR might get more than its share. Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.
