Members ehammer
I was gonna let him try twice a month and then buy his boat when his wife made him sell. I think if I tried twice a month my wife would probably deliver the boat herself while I'm at work and negotiate the sale by the end of summer. Once a month should keep me out of the dog house, as long as I take her on a few trips as well.
Members chris bl
Enjoyed you guys as always, and riverhouse looks great, hope you like the new deck. Bacon was great! And basically what Chris is saying is put holes in Justin's boat before you buy your own. The new deck was an excellent addition. It made for a lot less dirt getting tracked in and a sweet place to sit and to store stuff off the ground. Nice work. The bacon was supposed to be used each time to patch any holes we put in the boat. Do a google search for bacon chines sometime and let me know what you come up with. It is amazing the difference between 300cfs and 700 cfs, especially for rookies. We appreciate your patience with us Justin, and just another reason I so fully endorse Sunburst Ranch. A bonus might be to chum in fish with the bacon smell. Have the skillet warming right now to cook a few more pieces since kids are at school and wife is out. Is that being selfish? OKFlyFisher44
EHammer...Sweeeeeettttt boat! I need to get in on the action with u and Sean. Would be sweet to see 3 Clacka Headhunters rolling down the NFOW. We haven't been since March and I'm missing it. We have been chasing the smallies in the drifter. Speaking of that, Sean, when we gonna get ur boat on some smallmouth water son! Chance ...I'm haunted in my dreams of waters I have yet to fish and trout I have yet to catch... Chasing the Dream... Speaking of that, Sean, when we gonna get ur boat on some smallmouth water son! Thanks Chance. I saw a Headhunter down at Justins a couple years ago and thought it was incredible, and then back in January Sean C happened to be fishing the NFOW the same day as us. I hollered at him to pull ashore so I could take a closer look at it, and then he sealed the deal by letting me have a go on the sticks to the next island. I swore he was secretly working for Clacka . Needless to say it was awesome and by march I was picking one up.
OKFlyFisher44
Chance I have been itching to hit it. Right now the plan is next Thursday. I will be calling to get directions. Right on Sean! Its been fishing good. Need to keep having some warm days and nights to keep them active. Give me a shout. I will get u dialed in on directions, floats, and shuttles. I am leaving tomorrow after work to head to the Current River for our yearly trip up there or I would try to join u next week. EHammer, glad to hear u love ur boat. I love my HeadHunter as well. Perfect boat for the weekend warrior and all of our Ozark streams/rivers. I have floated the White on 20,000 cfs in my boat and it was no issue. Chris Gates
I love my LP but you guys have the ticket for our ozark rivers with the Headhunters. Awesome boat and perfectly suited for what we fish around here! I like seeing more and more drift boats around the Ozarks. Just a great way to fish.
