Hey guys, I've watched the forums for a few years now. Figured its time I finally give back a little. So, here goes.....take it for what its worth.

My partner and I fished Pomme this past weekend. Didn't hit the water until 10:00 on Saturday, then fished a tourney on Sunday.

Post cold front conditions on Saturday made the fish a little tougher to catch come the afternoon, but we caught them pretty good earlier in the day on jigs, spinnerbaits and plastics. Seemed to us like we got bit a little better in the clearer water from the dam to about Wheatland and maybe a little further. Water temps were between 60 - 66 degrees.

Sunday was totally different - cold and windy most the whole day and water temps closer to 60 degrees almost the whole day. We also found that we caught them a little better on crankbaits on Sunday, and had some better luck in some of the more stained water as well.

Consensus from talking to the other tournament guys was that the bite was better on Sunday, with the best fish coming on jigs and shallow cranks.
