Micheal Kyle Posted September 30, 2006 Posted September 30, 2006 Steve Stennit and I fished from the Dam to White hole on Friday the 29 and it was great. Could not have had a better weather day it was mostly cloudy little wind and a high of 72. They ran 1 unit all day which I feel made the fishing perfect. Steve and I started out up by the dam and we were fishing #20 Tan, Black midges in the slower water and picked up quite a few fish mostly Bows Steve had a couple that would push on the 18-19 inch door. About 10:30 we stared down stream and I started to fish streamers on a 150 gr sink tip, and it was on. I found what they wanted a black wooly bugger in size 10. Caught a lot of fish most of them would range from 12-16 inches but were real nice and healthy. As we neared White Hole is where the biggest fish of the day would come, I caught a real nice and fat Brown that would measure 24" that was around 6 that night. Did not keep count but I bet between Steve and I we caught 65-70 fish. We caught fish on Midges tan, black, daves hopper#10 and Streamer yellow/brown, black, olive/brown.
