blue79 Posted June 9, 2012 Posted June 9, 2012 Only caught 1.Alot of bass boats out early.Seen two launch at 4:30 and after 5 there was steady traffic out of the marina.Didnt try very hard to catch anything else.A couple of nice boats ventured back into the little coves and we hung back around our jugs and let them fish through.Oh well,1 fish= 1 bowl of nuggets.Better than nothing
dennis boatman Posted June 9, 2012 Posted June 9, 2012 ...a friend gave me some "catish nuggets" they were the best thing i've ever tasted...sweet and firm, like lobster... A strike indicator is just a bobber...
Gilly Posted June 9, 2012 Posted June 9, 2012 Solo Pro tournament on Sunday they were out scouting today. We went to RB to launch but there must have been......well a crap load of boats. They were parked beyond the lot by a couple of blocks at least. Ended up launching at Crabtree. Not bad except when we came back in for a quick stop some ding dongs in a pontoon decided they were going to stay tied at the dock while they ate lunch. Everybody else used the upwind side or slid into the dockless slots. Caught one short walleye third cast and that was it for the entire boat for 4+ hours. Too hot for the ladies so we were done. www.drydock516.com
