Float From Turner To Whitten 6/8/12

Took maiden voyage on the swamp donkey and caught many fish. The day has to rank as one of my best on river. Several fish over 20" where caught, mostly in fast water at the head of runs. I was using 2 fly setup with Dons Crawdad on top and soft hackle on the bottom. The majority of the fish took he Crawdad pattern. Brian was correct about paddling the donkey through long stretches of flat water, icing shoulder. Good time it head to the point
