Fly Tying Set Up

I want to begin tying my own flies for bass fishing. Any advice on kits and tools?

This is a well covered topic. I suspect most will tell you to avoid kits. I know I did. I purchased a decent vise that cost about $25 for a starter, not one of these $100+ jobbers. Materials you should buy as needed per fly. Otherwise, I would say check out J. Stockard for a tool kit. They also have a tool/vise kit but that vise seemed a little cheap.
