Well it looks like the stripers are making there way back up to Powersite dam. I caught this one tonight right at dark.This one went just over 37 lbs. I have been hearing about a few of them being caught in the last week or so but this is the first one I actually seen. It was the only bite I had all night and not another fish caught around me. THINGS THAT MAKE YA GO HUH????????????

That's surprising with no water running. I assume there was none running anyway.

They have been running water every night for the last week or so,from about 6 pm till 9pm sometimes later. They had 2 generators running last night and water was still on when I left at 11pm.

I was thinking dark and noticed they hadn't planned on running any Tuesday and got my days mixed. Do you ever catch any confirmed hybrids?

I thought there might be a few around. I seen a dead on below Beaver Creek a couple weeks ago.

Friend sent me a pic of a dead one they pulled up that was floatin' just above Swan Creek. Guessed it to be in the 40 pound range.

I am not very familiar with the large stripers in this area, when they are being found dead,are they dying of natural causes? thanks.

Went today hope'n they would run just a little water. Brung all my big baits and not a current flowing. Caught a couple bass, a sunfish, a perch, a trout and a smallie. Thats it. Please run water!
