Whites In Springfield Lake

Does anyone know if there are any white bass in springfield lake

Nope, not in Lake Springfield, aparently spotted bass are present in some quantity but I've never caught one. Fellows lake keeps a population of whites in it, but I'm not sure about the quality of fishing they provide or best angling methods.

I've caught a few in McDaniels Lake north of Springfield. Never in Springfield Lake though.

I have caught a few below the dam in the spring a few years ago but never in the lake. I have caught a few nice Kentuckys in the lake this year though. I also have done very well at times at Fellows for whites. Last summer they would school out there late afternoons.
