well Folks for all you have known me you know I have been living in one of the best spots for the last four years halfway between Greer and Turners on the gravel but off the road with a long private drive and secluded home setting no gravel dust or road noise

I have moved on to different waters and will always miss the scenic Eleven point river what I'm selling is 29acres all fenced with 3/4 new

9 partial cleared and 20 oak,hickory,black oak,and cedar great Deer habitat I made sure of it over the years, folks there 160inches on the place every year and good genictics for the hunters and during hunting season the bucks flood to the place since there is no pressure there but to me It's fishng paridise just six miles in either direction on gravel - the short distance of black top to greer down the hill The Home I built there I built to stay but it hasn't worked that way

it is a 24x30 metal building that i turned into a living courters it wont take much to finish the inside of it one section of interior wood on the roof and the bath room walls need inside finish/ materials are already there I stuffed the walls with R-5 rated foil and r-19 insulation plus the wood walls act as extra insulation the roof I stuffed with R-5 foil and R-30 insulation it is very easy to cool with just a window unit and during the winter It has wood heat that can run you out if you want it too the floor is also insulated is a concrete floor with drain for the lazy man makes for easy cleaning electric bill during the summer ranged from 50 to 70 a month and during the winter it ranged from 30 to 40

there is also a 12x24 building with water and septic to do what you please with office/extra bedroom,fly tying space,reloading you name it just a few ideas I had with it and two attached sheds that can be used as boat/truck garage and storage I stored my boat in it his is a simple home that can be added to or juist injoyed the way it is

great for hunting/fishing retreat and everyday home for the fixer upper

has great cold water well and water lines in three different places for livestock if disired
