Members Johnny Salsa Posted March 25, 2013 Members Posted March 25, 2013 I'm coming down for the Carp tournament next week and am curious about the water levels? If the lake is close to normal pool, that might make a few of my hunches be ok. If it's way down, I'd welcome any advice.
Wayne SW/MO Posted March 25, 2013 Posted March 25, 2013 It's still 3' low. The Kings is dropping and I suspect the James will level out, plus the heavier snow fall was north of the watershed, so I wouldn't look for anything beyond normal and probably 1 or 2' low would be most likely. Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.
Members Johnny Salsa Posted March 25, 2013 Author Members Posted March 25, 2013 Thanks. It's going to make for an interesting shoot. Hopefully all the shoreline cedars aren't exposed.
Wayne SW/MO Posted March 26, 2013 Posted March 26, 2013 One never knows, but I doubt that they will if the forecast holds up. Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.
