Went down yesterday evening and found them running water pretty good. Birds were going ape and saw a boat fighting a fish I assume to be a catfish. Didn't see it but it was putting a pretty good bend in the rod and looked heavy. Tried and lost 4 spoons and some swimbaits no bites. Nothing surfacing or even Asian carp jumping. Went below 54 bridge to try for spoonbill and nothing. Talked with others down there and found out they had been there since 3on and nothing as well as six other snaggers that had been there all morning and nothing. Hopefully after some warm weather the water temps will come up and things will start moving.
