Productive But Comical Two Days On Stream

Let me start by saying the river is in great shape and fishing well, many fish were caught over 18 inches from Greer to Witten. Saw many eagles and deer everywhere. In two days of fishing I caught well over 40 fish, using mohair leach, Crawdad, and stonefly patterns. Turner to Whitten I had the most numbers, Greer to Tuner the best quality in terms of size. I also caught numerous wlld fish which is a good sign. Now the comical portion, fish numbers would of been higher if I didn't do: Forget battery nut forcing drive back to Alton from Turner, completely submerging myself with no dry cloths, forcing me to wait for waders to dry and go cammo all day, losing anchor, lost landing net, left toilet paper in car, and hitting a tree backing up at the new Whitten area. I was not the only one, a group of guys tip a canoe with supplies just above Whitten I collected beer, food, coolers and cloths as they floated down to ramp area. I want to thank Brian's team for shuttling car for me.

could find some humor in it... but I'm assuming you weren't laughing when you went under.

You will have a great time, fishing was good, river in good shape. I wasn't laughing just hoping no one would see me in a state of undress, not pretty. Hope the weather cooperates.
