redshad Posted April 26, 2013 Posted April 26, 2013 Last weekend i found some crappie up shallow looking to spawn. The bite was short lived, late Saturday evening and the first 2 hours Sunday morning. I was up the river and found one pocket that was 60 degrees sat afternoon. You had to let you jig sink to the bottom and hop it to get a bite, color didn't matter. Crappie nibblets (ie: Crappie crack) helped you get bit. I will be back this weekend hope they are still there. The water was pretty muddy up the there. Good Luck Guys!!
