Started early thurs morning,found the smallies shallow, most less than 10ft, on gravel did catch a few out in 18-20fow on carolina rig,w/fish doc and baby brush hog but for the most part it was jigs,tubes an spinnerbaits shallow, we had 20 fish,half keepers/shorts with a couple 4-5#s .Finding whites and hybrids on the main lake and in the back of coves in the buck brush bustin shad in about 2fow their hard to get to but when they come out an a-rig is hard to beat. Water temp

63-67 ,color is perfect. Fishin is good!
