Unworthy Report June 21St-24Th

Not a lot to report....there ARE stockers in there and lots of them. Fri, Sat, Sunday little to no water running and bright skies....fishing tough to say the

least....being a fly fisherman had to resort to a UL and powerbait eggs and inflated nightcrawlers to catch fish( from Fall Creek to 65 Bridge).

Actually the pressure was pretty tough from Fall to Short, so we fished below Cooper and did much better the bluff side with all the wood in the water.

Monday and Tuesday they ran water 24/7....fishing picked up but still had only chasers on early morning and late evening streamers.....

lots of fish chased trout magnet but would not commit even with 2lb leader.....caught more stockers browns and rainbows, but nothing over 14".

Did not get above Fall Creek, my buddies don't do the artificial thing...no big deal....next time.

I promised to put up a report, good or bad just because I appreciate all the other guys that post reports.

The weather was nice, the water was cold and the food was good....next stop White River.
