upstream Posted July 9, 2013 Posted July 9, 2013 Hey britts How many shade trees are there in camp ground # 1 ?
NoLuck Posted July 12, 2013 Posted July 12, 2013 Don't worry Jerry, there is no dumpster there. I reserved a spot for our annual vacation in CG#1 that has A tree. The newer section is pretty nice but doesn't have many shade trees. We will be down for a week, so if you are wanting to come down we will be there from the 22nd till the 28th. I'm sure there will be some extra food around for you if you're hungry. Maybe even a couple of soft drinks too.
brittsnbirds Posted July 13, 2013 Posted July 13, 2013 Not very many trees in 1. If you want shade go up on the hill! Or get a spot on the west side of 1 so you have afternoon shade. As opposed to getting one on the EAST SIDE!!!! West side has a ridge and tons of trees to block the sun!! But for some reason one particular camper likes 119.????
NoLuck Posted July 13, 2013 Posted July 13, 2013 You can also buy shade too Pat. Plus a 15,000 BTU a/c does wonders. When I get my spot in the RV park it will have 0 trees around it. No problem as I don't want to have to clean sap off of my junk all the time. Plus the only time I am at camp is when its NOT fishing time.
brittsnbirds Posted July 13, 2013 Posted July 13, 2013 Sap helps keep the finish, and seal the roof!! Man you need a break, your wound way too tight. BTW how about trading that sage for a 8'6 unit??
NoLuck Posted July 13, 2013 Posted July 13, 2013 I'm getting rid of the Z-Axis because I don't need a fourth rod. Now if you had an Abel Super4N in the brown trout pattern I may talk about that swap.
Wayne SW/MO Posted July 13, 2013 Posted July 13, 2013 Well it's a good thing y'all weren't at Bennett over the 4th, unless you like opening day. Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.
NoLuck Posted July 14, 2013 Posted July 14, 2013 Both times down this year with the new trailer it was pretty packed Wayne. Even on the week days it was pretty crowded back in early June. I'd be happy to be fishing a crowded trout stream right now instead of being stuck on this crappy job here in NC.
