I put in at Diamond City this AM. Fished from 0530 till 0930. The bite was real good on a top water ( pop-r or spook) till around 0800. Most of the fish came on main lake flats, points, and pockets in 2-10 FOW. I did catch a couple schooling kentuckys in 50+ FOW (right place at the right time I guess). All of my fishing was done within eyesight of the loading ramp.

Had some other plans mid-day or I would've stayed longer and tried a jig or Carolina rig in some of the deeper areas I fished. Has anyone had luck with the deeper fish? Any info would help.
