Fished the evening hole for most of the day on Sunday. Used mostly hopper patterns and caught/missed lots of fish. I love the summer for that reason alone! It wasn't crowded and I was often the only person in the area throughout the day. Finished the day up by the dam on the way home and caught two more on the hopper. Here are a few pictures.

I had a pretty crappy day on monday, only got 2 rainbows. I left after checking the water temperature.

What was the temperature? All the fish I brought to hand seemed healthy and were full of fight.

68. Lot of poachers when I was there. No fish activity that I saw. Usually see a lot swimming around, maybe a handful.

Yeah, I saw a few guys fishing with LIVE GRASSHOPPERS in the evening hole as I was leaving. Apparently they couldnt read that it was the Red Zone area. Aggravating.
