Looking for a place to stay

My son is coming home from Iraq end of this month and when I ask him what he wanted for Christmas he said a week end on Taney. Well this has kind of esaclated. I need a place to stay Memorial weekend on Taney with boat slips. There will be ten people. My first choice was Lilleys but after looking this morning I see their booked. Don't know lots of places in the area, so I would be greatful for any help.

You might want to consider renting a slip from one of the resorts or Fall

Creek marina and staying at a condo or motel away from the river. I do that most of the time. Sometimes when resorts are booked they still have slips available for mosest fees. I usually stay at Fairfield resort and dock at fall creek. It gives good access to the trophy area and downstream. It is also very secure and has an attendant all day.
