Another great resource on fly fishing specificly here in Missouri is a book by a Rola Missouri resident Chuck Tryon called "Fly Fishing for Trout in Missouri". The book is loaded with all of the information that you are seeking and has maps and fishing tips on almost every water in Missouri that holds trout. I know that Feather Craft in St. Louis carries it and they will mail order around the world.
